At Focus Hair, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible service. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and keep our prices as reasonable as possible, we ask that you please adhere to the following cancellation policy:

1.  We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.

2. Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

3. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a fee of 100%.  Please note that no further bookings will be made without full payment and an additional deposit.

4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine reason for cancelling, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
